With the deep development of Chinas reform and opening up, especially the gradual improvement of the market economy system and the variety of the ownership structure, this phenomenon is a kind of social phenomenon that occurs inevitably in the transformation process of a tranditional society to a modern society, an agricultural society to an industrial society, and a closed society to an open society in China. Many scholars analyse it from different aspects and get the different results. Chinas rural migrant workers are a special class in the period of social transition. For one thing, they are not only workers but also farmers and live in cicty also in rural. For another, they are neither workers nor farmers, neither in city nor in rural. According to some datas, there are nearly 200 million migrant workers in China recently. Meanwhile the number of them will be on the rise as time goes. This shows that the rural migrant workers are an important power to keep Chinas stability and develpoment. So, the financial and living problems of the large group have been gained wide concerns in public while their right of political participation has been overlooked. At present, the political participation of migrant workers is in the missing state because of all kinds of factors. Especially in the aspect of political participation channels, there are some chaos, disordered and blocking phenomenons, which leads to the migrant workers rights and interests can not be protected also their political participation is hampered.
