德国职业学校教师培养培训体系研究-教育经济与管理专业论文
摘 要
职业教育是现代化教育的重要组成部分,是国民经济与社会发展的重要基础。 相对普通教育,职业教育人才培养目标的特殊性向职教教师提出了更高的要求。 如何完善职教师资培养模式,建设一支高素质的师资队伍是我国职教界面临的一 个重要课题。
作为职业教育强国,经过多年发展,德国已形成了一套全面系统的职教师资 的培养培训体系,其中有许多有利经验值得借鉴。文章详细介绍了德国2009年最 新改革后的职教师资培养体系。以马格德堡大学为例从入学条件、专业结构、课 程设置等方面着手对职教师资专业进行了具体阐述。并结合具体案例对预备实习、 国家考试、在职培训等阶段进行了深入研究。在此基础上对德国职教师资培养培 训体系的经验与特点进行了总结。
经过多年的努力,我国职教师资培养培训体系已基本建立。文章对我国职教 师资培养培训的现状进行了概括分析,总结其中存在的问题。进而借鉴德国先进、 科学的经验,结合我国国情,提出完善我国职业教育师资队伍的相关对策建议, 以期对我国职教师资培养能有所启示。

ABSTRACT
Vocational education is an important part of modern education, and the important basis of national economic and social development. Compared to normal education, the particularity of vocational education cultivation target puts forward higher request of vocational education teachers. How to improve the training mode of vocational education teachers, and build a high-quality faculty is an important subject facing Chinas vocational education field.
As a professional education powers, after years of development, Germany has formed a comprehensive training system of vocational education staff. There are many favorable experiences worth using for reference. This paper introduces in detail the German latest vocational education teachers training system after the 2009 reform. Taking Magdeburg University as an example, this paper focus in detail on the vocational education teacher’s professionalization from the aspect of admission requirement, major structure and curriculum setting. Combined with specific cases, the paper made thoroughly study on such stages as internships, state exams and on-the-job training. Based on that, the experience and characteristics of German vocational education teachers training system are summarized.
After years of effort, Chinas vocational education teachers training system has been basically established. The paper summarizes on the current situation of Chinas vocational education teachers training, and also the problems involved. Then through combining Germany advanced experience
