Abstract Park Volley,also named four-a-side-volleyball, originated from America.It was infordaced into the big family of volleyball by International volleyball Federation in 1998 when the international volleyball Federation longress was hold in Japan. Then in May,2013,it was first formally show in the china international sporting goods show in China. This thesis uses the methods of the meterals of injury, interview,field visits,questionairs and data statistics and so on to survey on the basic information and entries of participants in park volley,analying the interior and exterior factors in present pericd dvolopment. It also puts forward the strateyies ofpark volley’s promotion in wider range of China,offering reference to the promotion and popularization of park volley in extensive mass fitness progranes. The results of this thesis offer the strategres of the promotion and popularization of park volley. First,government should publicize sports events operation by new media methods.The pattern of business process should also be created. By holding park volleyexhibition matches and friendly matches, government can strength the publicization and expand the influence of park volley. Second, government should hold conferences and make reference laws as well as increase the promotion funds, so that government can put park volley into governmental mass sports work. Third, government can organize park volley matches of varied scale,improve the Park volley sports facility and set up sparetime Park Volley clubs , so that people can take part in such sports actively. Fourth , Park Volley sports should be added to college P.E. Course system and primary and secondary schools P.E cuorse system .Thus to perform the reform of school volleyball sports system . Fifth,government should improve and finissh the post-perod work of Park Volley.During which,government should boost the theorettial research by scienfific researches ,organize the level model-training for judges and unify
