王霞甘肃省旅游经济影响研究西北师范大学 王霞 甘肃省旅游经济影响研究 西北师范大学 摘 要 自 20 世纪 60 年代以来，世界旅游业飞速发展，旅游业对世界经济的影响也 日益受到人们的关注。旅游业对地区经济的影响一直就是旅游影响研究的三大内 容（经济、环境、社会）之一。随着旅游业的迅猛发展，旅游业在地区经济中的 地位日益重要，对地区经济的影响也日益显著，从而成为学术界、旅游业界和政 府多方关注的热点。 从旅游业经济影响的基本概念出发，在较为系统地运用国内外有关旅游经济 影响的相关理论及掌握相关统计数据的基础上，提出了本文研究旅游经济影响的 思路：运用多元时间序列的方法，在宏观层面上动态地分析了甘肃省旅游产业发 展与经济增长的相关性问题，即分别进行了甘肃省旅游业与经济增长的协整分 析、Granger因果检验、方差分解；然后，运用投入产出理论，在中观层面上对 甘肃省旅游产业关联进行了研究，即分别对甘肃省旅游业的投入结构、产出结构、 旅游业的波及效应、初始投入结构、最终需求结构进行了分析。 经过综合分析得出，甘肃省旅游业的发展与其它相关产业之间存在一种相互 依存、相互制约的关系；尽管甘肃省旅游经济对GDP的产值贡献较小，但旅游业 对国民经济发展间接的带动作用却不容小视，旅游业对甘肃全省产业的协调发展 具有不容低估的作用。最后，在较为系统的分析了甘肃省旅游业对全省经济的影 响的基础上，针对甘肃省目前旅游经济发展中存在的问题，提出了提高甘肃省旅 游经济影响力的相关对策和建议。 关键词：甘肃省；旅游业；经济影响；多元时间序列；投入-产出 Abstract Since the 1960s,tourism of the world development rapidly.The impact of tourism on the world economy is got peoples attention increasingly.The research on the impact of tourism economy is always one of the three influences tourism researches(Economy,Environment,Society).With the rapid development of tourism, tourism industry plays a significant role in the regional economy.And at the same time,the impact of tourism economy has become a hot topic in the field of science and government. On the basis of related theories of domestic and abroad and also abundant statistic data,starting from concept of tourism economy impact,this article raises the idea of the impact of tourism economy as follows:Using multi-time series,this paper analies the relationship between tourism development and the economic growth on the level of macro in Gansu province.That are:Cointegration Analysis;Granger Causality;Vairance Decomposition;Then using Iutput-Ouput,this paper researches tourism industry correlation on the level of meso in Gansu,This part comprises of five aspects:Input structure of the tourism industry,output structure,spread effect of tourism industry, initial devotion structure, ultimate demand structure analysis.
