万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT Nowadays energy saving and environmental protection gradually became the development trend of automotive industry, the development importance of EV(electric vehicle) is referred to a unprecedented height. In-wheel motor vehicle is an another way of the development of EV, along with the changing of electronic control technology, In-wheel motor drive which has many advantages such as saving space, brief structure, strong controllability gradually became the research key point of research institute and automotive enterprise. At present, abroad and domestic research is increasing, and won many achievement, such as the US military SUV Hummer which equipped with internal combustion engine will change to electric In- wheel drive. But there are many key technologies such as electric differential speed and torque distribution which didn`t make a breakthrough of development. The study have a depth research on electric differential speed and torque distribution of electric In-wheel drive EV. Firstly, this study must confirm the research focus of electric In-wheel drive system. In-wheel Motor Drive Electric Vehicle thoroughly change the drive form, leave out the several device of powertrain, shorten the structure of mechanism and transmission chain, abolish the mechanical connection between the steering wheel and drive wheel. As a result, the degree of freedoms of drive wheel is greatly more than before, also brought some challenge and development space. Therefore motor control is becoming the key point of overall vehicle control, the torque distribution control of motor turn into the nodus of motor control. Around this topic, the study has a research on: Analyzing the difference of steering system between of traditional vehicle and In-wheel Motor Drive Electric Vehicle, building the simulation model of electric differential, and also based on the torque distribution, having a depth research on electric differential system of In-wheel Motor Dr
