This paper is based on the theories and methods of risk management of project, the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk management are studied.The main content of this thesis includes: Identification of the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk.Through the qualitative analysis pointed out that the Dezhou Municipal Quality Supervision System of office automation network reconstruction project risk can be divided into technical risk, financial risk, human resource risk, time risk and project quality risk.Further analysis of each risk factor, the risk factors were presented.
