福州美国领事馆旧址的修复设计研究-建筑与城市地域性研究专业论文.docx

摘要 摘要 I I 摘要 福州是我国的历史文化名城之一，文物古迹众多。作为近代五口通商的城 市之一，福州的烟台山一代拥有大量的西式建筑。随着《烟台山历史文化风貌 区、公园路历史建筑群、马厂街历史建筑群保护规划》的出台和落实，位于烟 台山一代的近代建筑得到了广泛的关注。这其中，就有本文研究的省文物保护 建筑——福州美国领事馆旧址。 经过对福州美国领事馆旧址详细的调查研究，发现其在福州近代历史上占 有非常重要的位置，作为福州近代领事馆建筑的遗存，具有重要的历史价值； 同时，美国领事馆旧址在建筑的技术和艺术方面也显现出了很高的成就。可以 看出，美国领事馆旧址对于提升城市形象、带动经济发展、增强市民的归属感 都有很大的意义。但是美国领事馆旧址的现状堪忧，建筑格局被改变，屋顶破 损严重，门窗诸多毁坏，因此对其进行保护修复迫在眉睫。 本论文通过结合烟台山历史文化风貌保护区的保护规划和美国领事馆旧址 所属单位对其合理利用的要求，提出美国领事馆旧址的修复设计目的，力求合 理利用美国领事馆旧址，使其发挥应有的社会价值。而对其保护修复原则的确 立是建立在对目前国内外保护修复理念发展认识的基础上的，以真实性、完整 性、不改变文物的原状等原则，指导美国领事馆旧址的修复设计。将美国领事 馆旧址的“原状”设定为二十世纪三十年代到解放前的这段美国领事驻馆的时 间，拆除此后的添建物，修缮破损的构件，恢复被拆除的构件，根据新功能的 要求在局部进行改建。另外，提出美国领事馆旧址今后的使用管理建议。 在此基础上，本文设计研究了美国领事馆旧址保护修复的合理技术措施， 并且加入讨论了建筑设备的更新改造与建筑防护性措施，希望对今后的其他文 物建筑的保护实践工作起到一定的借鉴作用。 关键词 ： 近代建筑 文物建筑 美国领事 馆 修复 合理利用 Abst Abstract 华侨大 华侨大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE VI Abstract Fuzhou is one of China’s historically and culturally famous cities, which has rich cultural heritages. As one of the five trading ports of modern China’s first open, there are a lot of Western-style buildings in Yantai Mount generation of Fuzhou. With “the historical and cultural area of Yantai Mount, the historical buildings in Park Road, the historical buildings in Machang Street conservation master plan”, the introduction and implementation of Yantai Mount generation of modern architecture has been widespread concerned. Among these buildings, there are the architecture this study on which is the provincial officially protected site—the former American Consulate in Fuzhou. Through the detailed investigation of the former American Consulate in Fuzhou, the author found that it took a very important possession in Fuzhou’s modern history. It is also one of the heritages with great historical value as a witness of the history. At the same time,the architectural techniques and art of it achieve very high levels. It can be seen that the former American Consulate is of great signifaicance for enhancing local people’s sense of belonging, improving city image, and
