供应链环境下企业知识缺口弥补与互动学习路径研究-工业工程专业论文.docx

万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 知识缺口不但影响供应链成员企业的创新过程与创新效率，也制约着企业核 心竞争力的形成。但从另一角度说，知识缺口也为企业提供了组织学习与交流的 永恒动力。互动学习是解析知识缺口的适宜切入点，其可提高创新节点的知识价 值意识和交换意识，促进区域创新能力的提升，有利于降低科学发现和科学研究 的成本。供应链成员企业应当树立共赢意识，在信任和承诺的基础上进行互动学 习，选择适宜的学习路径，实现信息共享和知识创新，有效地弥补企业知识缺口。 本文在分析供应链中知识、企业知识管理以及知识缺口与缺口管理等相关理 论基础上，对知识链成员企业的知识缺口特征及其类型进行了描述，分析了知识 缺口导向的互动学习过程以及互动学习过程对于企业知识缺口弥补的影响与约 束，描述了互动学习过程与知识缺口弥补的数量关系，并分析供应链环境下企业 互动学习过程基本的影响因素，描述了基于知识缺口弥补的企业互动学习的驱动 力与动力机制，探寻了供应链关联企业的互动学习路径。最后，对丰田供应链的 知识缺口弥补与互动学习路径进行案例分析，分析了丰田供应链知识缺口与互动 学习过程，描述了丰田供应链 “轮轴式”和内部成员企业间互动学习相结合的 学习路径，提出了基于互动学习过程的丰田供应链知识缺口弥补过程的保障措施 以及丰田供应链互动学习路径选择带来的四点启示。 关键词：供应链企业 知识缺口 互动学习 路径选择 丰田供应链 Abstract Abstract Knowledge gap not only affects the innovation process and the efficiency of innovation in supply chain enterprises, but also restricts the formation of core competence. But from another perspective, the knowledge gap also provides enterprises with the eternal power of organizational learning and communication. Interactive learning is a suitable entry point to resolve knowledge gaps, which can improve the knowledge exchange awareness and the knowledge value awareness of innovation nodes, promote the upgrading of regional inno vation capability, help to reduce the cost of scientific research and scientific discovery. Supply chain enterprises should establish win-win situation awareness, learn interactively on the basis of trust and commitment, choose the appropriate learning pat h to achieve information sharing and knowledge innovation, and effectively compensate or enterprises knowledge gap.
