Abstract
Tea was a kind of high fluoride plant, and it could absorb large amounts of fluorine from soil、air and water, which was 2~3 orders of magnitude higher than the
average plant. Tea was not only grown very well on the soil of the rich fluorine, and it had the strong ability of tolerance to fluorine. Tea also could accumulate fluorine in the body in the poor soil of fluorine. With the water planning experiment, effects of
fluorine(F) stress on antioxidant abilities、membrane lipid peroxidation of leaves and
the content of fluorine in tea plant(Longjing 43) were studied. And effects of the enzyme activity of tea antioxidant system in fluorine(F) stress under Aluminum-phosphorus adding were studied.
(1) The effect of fluorine stress on absorption 、 accumulation and antioxidant
specialties of tea plant:
The results show that the chlorophyll content of tea plant was decreased with fluorine concentration increased. The fluorine content was increased significantly in the body of tea plant, and the ground part of the fluorine content was much higher than the root. The BF(bioaccumulation factor) of the tea plant which was stressed by fluorine was quickly reduced with fluorine concentration increasing. There is negative correlation between fluorine concentration and BF. The TF(translocation factor) of the tea plant was increased with fluorine concentration increasing. The upward transport capacity of fluorine in root of tea plant which was stressed by fluorine was strengthened.
The antioxidant enzymes systems of tea plant were all appear increased then decreased by different concentration of fluoride stress. With low fluoride(≤10 mg/L)
stress, SOD、CAT、POD and APX activities were all increasing. After high fluoride
(≥20 mg/L) stress, the enzyme activities of POD、CAT and APX were all declined in the trend. The SOD activities were all first increased then remained relatively stable.
