Abstract There is 臼11 of advertising in todays world. Advertising plays a very important role in the modem society. Publíc service advertising in todays economic societys role is more importan t. Because it is formed a good public order ,and played an important role on the basic public morality. This paper mainly use the pragmatics theory. Combining the theory of linguistics, advertising ,communication , psychology and related.Try to make a comprehensive study on public service advertising. Build the public service advertising theory and enrich the advertising theory. The context is the basis and first elements in the pragmatic study. Language using connot without context. Public welfaresfabrication and propaganda can not get away 仕om the context. Language environment plays an important role in public service. View from the context analyzes the bottleneck factors on the public service advertising and how to make public welfare advertisement language symbol information inflation and eliminate ambiguity. Play the role of welfare advertisement better. Using the basic theory of pragmatics to meticulously research and analysis the public service advertising. Mainly from the cooperative principle and politeness principle ,speech act theory of public welfare aspects to elaborate the advertising language. Analysis how to make public service advertising better accomplishing its persuasive and achieve better propaganda effect.
