摘要 摘 要 - - I - 摘 要 配电网传统的线路开关无法进行遥控操作，需要依靠人工到现场进行，无 法实现快速隔离故障、快速转移负荷的功能；不能满足经济运行、供电可靠性 等方面要求。智能配电网是智能电网的重要组成部分，配电自动化则推动智能 配电网发展，配电网的管理工作越来越受重视。建立基于高速网络的实用型城 网配网自动化系统有利于实现配网的安全、稳定、经济和智能化运行。 本文系统介绍了阜新地区电网运行情况，以及阜新配电网存在的问题，分 析了配电网自动化系统创新点、建设目标和建设方案，然后，以阜新配电网自 动化系统设计和应用作为主要研究目标，通过对阜新配电网设备状况的分析和 研究，提出阜新配电网自动化建设原则、建设重点和系统架构。在此基础上， 结合配电网自动化系统的实际情况和作者在相关方面的工作经验，总结了阜新 配电网自动化系统建设应用情况和运行效益。 关键词：配电网自动化；阜新配电网；设计及应用 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract The traditional line switch of distribution network could not be remotely controlled, and manual control is needed. Hence, functions such as rapid fault isolation and fast load transfer could not be realized, and requirement for economic performance and power supply reliability could not be fully satisfied.Intelligent power distribution network is an important part of smart grid, and power distribution automation could promote the development of intelligent distribution network, so the management of distribution network has attracted more and more attention. Practical city distribution network automation system based on high-speed networks is helpful to realize safe, stable, economic and intelligent operation of distribution network. This paper systematically introduces the power grid operation situation in Fuxin and the existing problems in Fuxin power distribution network, and analyses the innovation point, establishment objective and establishment scheme for distribution automation system. Then, regarding the design and application of Fuxin power distribution automation system as the main research objective, puts forward the establishment principle, establishment focus and system architecture for construct ion of power distribution automation system through the analysis and study of the equipment status of Fuxin distribution network.
