With its good social and economic effect, increasingly mature technology and the market mechanism, wind power was honored at home and abroad. As a carrier of wind energy, this paper analyzes the technology and the development of wind power enterprises status, put forward the development of wind power enterprises are faced with the problem, think that cooperative innovation is the inevitable choice of the development of wind power enterprises. Wind power enterprises’ cooperative innovation behavior is affected by many factors. In this paper, through setting up the restriction factors’ dynamic game model of a game party, analyzing the dynamic equation and copy path evolution phase diagram, and researching the game process of wind power enterprises to participate in the collaborative innovation, we can see that wind power enterprise collaborative innovation strategy set changes with the restricting factors and reaching different stable equilibrium point.
