肺部肿瘤放射治疗计划中18FFDG PETCT影响 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨18F-FDG PET/CT 对肺部肿瘤放疗计划的影响。方法 对167例肺部肿瘤患者行18F-FDG PET/CT检查后，测量标准摄取值(SUV),病灶区 SUV≥2.5为阳性。 分别按照CT和PET/CT的检测结果对肿瘤进行TNM分期，组织 5名以上放疗科不同年资医师利用 CMS 治疗计划系统图像融合软件，分别在 CT 和 PET/CT 三维图像上独立勾画大体肿瘤体积(Gross Tumor Volume， GTVCT和GTVPET/CT)， 得到患者GTV的体积值和变异系数。结果 经PET/CT检查后，19.8%(33/167)的患者肿瘤的TNM分期发生了改变，167例患者CT和PET/CT检查的GTV结果均不相同。结论 PET/CT 可改变肺部肿瘤临床TNM分期，使放疗科不同年资医师勾画GTV的差异明显减小，进而使肺癌患者整个治疗计划发生改变。 　　【关键词】 肺部肿瘤；18F-FDG PET/CT；放疗?お? 　　 　　The impacts of 18 F-FDG PET/CT on lung tumor radiotherapy plan 　　 　　YANG Hong. 　　Department of PET-CT,The Central Hospital of Luohe,Henan 462000,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss impacts of 18 F-FDG PET/CT over lung tumour radiotherapy plan. Methods After the regular lung tumour patient does 18 F-FDG PET/CT examination to 167, the measurement standard absorbs value(SUV), nidus area SUV≥2.5 was masculine gender. Results Bear fruit:Examine that the queen, 19.8%(33/167 example’s)patient tumour TNM had happened by stages after PET/CT change, 167 regular patient CT were not same as PET/CT examination GTV result equally. Conclusion Clinical TNM of change PET/CT lung tumour periodization, the difference making radiotherapy section not draw the outline of GTV with years of service doctor is diminished obviously, and then is makes the lung cancer patient entire curing a plan happening change. 　　【Key words】 Lung tumours; 18 F-FDG PET/CT; Radiotherapies 　　 　　肺癌发病率居癌症发病的首位。合适的肺癌患者治疗方案的选择需要精确的临床TNM分期和病灶靶区勾画来达到提高肿瘤的治疗效果的目的。
