胃镜活检在胃癌诊断中意义 　　【摘要】目的：评价胃镜活检在胃癌诊断中的意义。方法：采用胃镜活检为主要手段诊断25例胃癌患者，并与外科病理诊断的结果做对照比较。结果：胃镜活检对胃癌的确诊率达到80.00%。其中胃镜活检对BorrmannⅠ型病变确诊率最高，确诊率为100.00%；BorrmannⅡ型次之，确诊率也为71.43%；Bor-rmannⅢ型确诊率第三，确诊率为66.67%； BorrmannⅣ型病变胃镜活检确诊率较低。此外，胃镜活检对分化型肿瘤的组织学分化程度确诊率很高，确诊率为89.47%；术前胃镜活检对腺癌的术前检出率也相当高，确诊率为85.71%。结论：胃镜活检病理诊断在胃癌的诊断上有重要意义，但胃镜活检对组织细胞的分化程度的判断只能作为参考,其实际情况应依据外科切除标本的病理学检查为准。 　　【关键词】胃镜;胃癌;诊断 　　 　　The evaluation of the significance of the Gastric Cancer patients with the use of Endoscopic Biopsy 　　Author 　　DONG Ming-chun LONG Wei-quan 　　【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the effects of the gastric cancer patients with the use of Endoscopic Biopsy. Methods Used as the main means of endoscopic biopsy diagnosis of 25 cases of gastric cancer patients with surgical pathology results of the comparison. Results Endoscopic biopsy of gastric cancer diagnosis rate of 80.00%.
