民营中小企业的人力资源管理问题及对策 ［ ］改革开放以來，民营企业得到了长足的发展，为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平 的提高做出了极大的贡献，但是在新形势下民营企业在发展中面临着新的危机一一人冰的危 机，民营企业的发展在很大程度上因人才的缺乏而受到阻碍。民营企业的发展先天不足，从 目前來看民营企业进入到人力资源开发层面的几乎没有，原因在于民营企业在人力资源管理 方面还没有形成一套适合中国国情、适合中国民企发展的科学合理的人才战略。因此，无论 是哪种类型的民营企业，其人力资源管理都存在着这样或那样的问题。 在知识经济条件下，加强人力资源的管理，对中小企业的发展具有举足轻重的作用。目 前中小企业人力资源管理在“人一岗”匹配、培训开发、绩效考核、激励机制、薪酬管理等 方面存在一些问题，本文在科学的分析这些问题的基础上，提出加强中小企业人力资源管理 的对策。 ［关键字］中小企业 人力资源管理 问题 对策建议 Human resource management problems and Countermeasures of small andmedium-sized private enterprises [Abstract] Since reform and opening, private enterprises have seen significant development, China’s economic development, improving people’s living standards and make a great contribution, but in the new situation in the development of private enterprise are facing a new crisis - talent crisis, the development of private enterprises to a large extent due to the lack of qualified personnel hampered. Training and development, performance appraisal, compensation management, there are some problems, this article in a scientific analysis of these issues, based on the recommendations for strengthening the human resources management for SMEs countermeasures.
