浅谈样板房装修现场施工过程的质量管理 样板房是楼市发展的一个产物，也是住宅文化的一种表现，作为楼盘销售过程屮 的一个重要因素，样板房已越来越受到房地产开发商的重视和广大购房客户的喜爱。 样板房的装饰通常根据所在建筑物的外立面的风格，但也与开发项A的档次有关，普 通楼盘通常做淸水样板房，屮、高档的楼盘通常做屮、高档的装饰。本文根据本人多 年从事房地产开发的工作经验谈一谈有关样板房的室A装修施工质量管理。 开发商设置样板房是以展示促销为A的的，为保证样板房的整体视觉效果，往往 不考虑装饰成本，样板房的装修费用可以达到房屋自我价值的20%-80%,在材料使 用上也力求尽善尽美，不惜重金。本文首先阐述丫室内装修工程施工的流程及施工过 程屮的质量管理；其次，就样板房装修工程的施工质量通病及防治进行了分析，具有 一定的参考价值。 关键词：现场施工，质量管理，样板房 On the qua I ity control of the decoration ofmode I room at the construction site Summary Model room is a product of property development, also a manifestation of residential culture- As an important factor in the real estate sales process, the model has been more and mor e attention to real estate developers and the majority of buyer s’ favorite. Model room decoration usual 1y based on the bui1 di n g’s facade style, but also related to the level of the development projects. Usually, the normal house regarded as model room,the upscale house with middle or high-end decoration. This paper is talking about the quality control of the interior construction for model which based on my years of experience in the real estate development. Developers set the model room base on a promotional purposes. Tn order to ensure the overal1 vi sua 1 effect of the model, they often do not consider the costs of decoration, the renovation costs of the model could reach to 20% to 80% of the housing Value. They splash out their cash and do their very best on the using of the material. Firstly, this paper describes the process of the interior construction and the quality control during the process of construction; secondly, it analyzes the common problems and prevention of the quality of the construction for the model room. This paper has some reference value.
