On the basis of reviewing historical transformation of urban community management systembrieflyand the historical and current situations, this thesis sums up the problems ofcurrent patterns ofurban community management system and analyses the crux hindering city community management system, holding that innovating community management system should continue to adjust the work pattern of community management, make the best of community resources and cultivate social capital in urban communities rapidly.
