云南艺术学院硕士学位论文 云南艺术学院硕士学位论文 摘要 随着我国近年来城市化进程的加剧，越来越多的人群涌入致使城市不堪重 负。在这种情况下，高密度、高容积率的高层居住方式将成大多数城市居民居住 的必然选择。高层住宅建筑尽管在土地集约、居住人口数量以及住户面积上有其 优势，但也很大程度上失去了我国传统合院民居居住模式下良好的家园感、归属 感以及人与人之间友好和睦的交往关系。长此下去必然对居民心理健康以及社会 的稳定、发展等方面带来严重的负面影响，这也正是目前城市居民诟病高层居住 而认同传统院落居住模式的主要原因。如何汲取传统合院民居居住空间的一些合 理性并借鉴应用到现代的高层住宅居住环境中，以改进现代高层居住环境中的弊 端，确实是我们目前所面临的一个重要课题。 针对这一问题，本文首先分析了我国高层住宅空间的基本特征以及存在的问 题。然后从我国典型的传统合院民居入手，并归纳和提取出合院民居在漫长的发 展过程中所形成的一些与居民居住生活和根本需求相适应的空间特征。最后在分 析二者矛盾和契合点的基础上，针对我国高层住宅空间中存在的问题，思考如何 将传统合院民居居住空间与现代居住生活需求相适应的合理性空间特征借鉴应 用到当代高层住宅的居住模式中。以期为我国高层住宅居住环境的改善和今后的 建设发展提供一定的参考。 关键词:高层住宅；合院民居；院落空间；交往。 Abstract With the recent acceleration of urbanization process in china, the infux of more and more people made the city overwhelmed.in this case, high-rise residence with the high-density and high volume will become an inevitable choice for the majority of urban residents living. in the current situation, the emergence of high-rise residence indeed meets the living needs of urban residents, however, it loses the traditional friendly and harmonious relationships between the neighborhoods. If this trend continnues, it will take the serious negative impacts on the physical and mental health of the residents, the stability and development of the social, and so on. this is the main reason for why the residents who live in the city are dissatisfactory with the high-rise residence and satisfactory with the living mode of the traditional courtyard. How to support the necessary and reasonable spaces for the communication activities of the residents in the case of protection the high-volume rate of the high-rise residences is an important subject we face.
