合肥市老城区停车问题及对策研究摘要 合肥市老城区停车问题及对策研究 摘要 随着社会经济的发展、城市化进程的加快、汽车工业的飞速发展，引发了 城市小汽车数量的爆发式的增长，给城市的交通系统带来了前所未有的压力， 不仅对以道路通行为主的动态交通系统形成严峻考验，与此同时，城市静态交 通系统供需不平衡的矛盾也逐渐暴露出来。 合肥市老城区由于其综合的城市功能，较高的人口密度以及前期静态交通 设施规划建设不到位等因素，面临着更加严重的静态交通设施供需不均的问题。 解决好合肥市老城区的停车问题，对缓解老城区的动态交通压力，提高城市运 行效率及促进老城区的可持续发展具有积极意义。 论文在查阅了大量文献的基础上，对国内外的相关研究成果进行了归纳总 结，通过对合肥市老城区现状及发展规划的研究，结合对合肥市老城区公共停 车场停车者停车行为特征的实地调查，通过对数据的统计和分析研究，最后提 出解决合肥市老城区停车问题的对策和实施建议。论文的论证过程主要分为以 下几步：文献研究一城市基础资料分析一实地问卷调查一数据统计、分析一问 题分析一提出对策和建议。 关键词：老城区 停车行为 停车行为 交通需求管理 Hefei Hefei Old city Parking Problems and Countermeasures Abstract With the social and economic development，the acceleration of urbanization process，the rapid development of automobi le industry，triggering the outbreak of the number of cars in urban．style growth，to the city’S transport system has brought unprecedented pressure，not only for road-based movement the formation of a dyrnamic transportation system a severe test at the same time，urban transport svstem static imbalance between supply and demand is gradually exposed· Old citv of Hefei city because of its comprehensive functionality，high population density and the static pre·planning and construction of transportation fac；ilities are not in place and other factors，face more serious imbalance between supply and demand of static transportation problem．To solve the parking problem the old city of Hefei，the dynamics of the old town to alleviate traffic pressure， improve operating efficiency and to promote urban sustainable development in the old town has a positive significance． Access to a large number of papers in the literature，based on the results of relevant research at home and abroad were summarized by the old city of Hefei，the status quo and development plan，in combination with the old city of Hefei，those parking in public car parks and parking behavior characteristics of the field survey， through data，statistics and analysis，finally propose solutions to the old town parking problem in Hefci countermeasures and impl
