In this thesis, we applied the methods of the combination of theory and practice, basing on the research of the theory of Engineeing projects cost management. We state the system and process of Engineeing projects cost management elaborately. Especially, we quote the typical case of “Alloy Steel Cookery Engineering” to analyse the cost of Alloy Steel Cookery Engineering and base on the analysis of the above, we supply some creative opinion which has its practical application. As a buddget management worker, the writer realizes profoundly the principle that in modern engineering building field, only to reduce the building cost we can survive.
