重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要  PAGE 6 ABSTRACT The forest resources are the main body of land ecosystem．It’s not only the essential natural resource of human survival and develops，but also the important condition which the economic society enterprise develops ． Along with Earth populations increasing and human activitys aggravating，the humanity are getting more and more to forest resources，And the forest resources question is prominent day by day．Forest resources protection has become the urgent task which the humanity must faces．At present, our country had already promulgated the laws and regulations of forest resources protection, and has made much progress．But legislates mainly take “the human center principle” as the instruction, favoring in the economy and the social value of forest resources, neglecting the ecological value of forest． Such legislations have more or less defective, and the effect is not obvious. Therefore, we must establish and consummate the legal regime of forest resources protection． This paper takes the environment ethics as the angle of view, synthesis utilization of jurisprudence, environmental law, ethics, to carries on the analysis proof. In order to research on legislates of forest resources，it’s bases on the country national condition, unifies the legal regimes special details of forest resources protection, considered the social economy cultural element, and profits from the overseas theory．So the paper take provides the reference from the angle of environment ethics ， to the effect that consummation the legal regime of forest resources protection, and also realizing the sustainable development of forest resources． The paper is divided into four major parts． The first part is the logical relation of environment ethics and the forest resources protection．This part introduced the connotation of environment ethics，analysis the concept and the limits of forest resources．And it elaborated the significance of environment ethics of forest r
