摘 摘 要 捅 要 建材行业是职业病高发行业，关注并解决建材行业职业卫生问题已经迫在眉睫。本 课题选择了淮南市B建材企业为研究对象，通过现场考察法、检测检验法等职业卫生常 用方法和布局分析、流程分析等工业工程方法相结合来对该建材企业生产全过程的职业 卫生现状开展调查和评价。全面掌握B建材企业的职业卫生管理情况、职业卫生防护措 施、个人防护用品发放及使用情况、应急救援措施以及生产工艺过程存在的职业卫生危 害因素，并按照国家有关检验检测标准开展职业卫生危害因素的检测。找到超标作业点 并分析超标原因，有针对性的提出合理可行的防护对策，从而达到从源头控制职业卫生 危害，保护劳动者健康的目的。结果显示：淮南B建材企业的总体布局、设备及路径布 局、生产工艺流程都比较合理；主要存在粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温等职业卫生危害 因素，其中除轻钢龙骨车间的噪声超标外，其他危害因素的浓度(或强度)均符合相关 的国家职业卫生标准；职业卫生管理、防护措施、危害控制都比较到位。但仍应高度重 视建材行业的职业卫生问题，采取合理有效的职业病危害防护对策，以减少职业卫生事 故的发生。 图【13】 表[15】 参【50】 关键词：职业卫生；危害因素；流程分析；对策 分类号：R135．2 万方数据 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Building materials industry is the high incidence of occupational disease industry,It is imminent for us to pay attention to occupational health issues and solve them．The topic chosen one representative building materials enterprises in Huainan City．1t carrys out investigation and evaluation of occupational health status of the entire process of building materials by field investigation method，test and inspection method and other occupational health analysis commonly used methods and topological analysis，process analysis and other methods combining industrial engineering．Fully grasp the situation of occupational health management，occupational health protection measures，personal protection equipment distribution and use，emergency rescue measures and occupational health hazards in the production process of building materials enterprises．And in accordance with the relevant national inspection standards to test occupational health hazards．Find excessive operating points and analysis of the causes of excessive，and propose reasonable and feasible protection measures．So as to achieve the control of occupational health hazards from the source and to protect the health of workers．The results show：The overall layout，equipment layout， production processes of building materials enterprises B are more reasonable；mainly dust, CO，noise，heat and other occupational health hazards，which in addition to excessive noise met
