(2) Compared with the other groups,the Prevalence of Coronary heart disease were Significantly higher in abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina group, the difference between abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina group and Abnormal baPWV/ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina group was not significant. Conclusion: (1) the advantages of Vascular function and fundus photography check instrument are Objective, simple, noninvasive,and economic.so they are acceptable for mass screening in healthy elderly population.The elderly population with abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina may also at high risk of cardiovascular disease.(2) The elderly population with abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina could be given coronary angiography to clear weather they are patients of coronary heart disease.it is both benefit to diagnose the coronary heart disease in advance and economic to the elderly population.(3) The elderly population with abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina can focus on preventive treatment of coronary heart disease.the preventive treatment may reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease.(4) Further prospective studies need to be confirmed that abnormal ABI/ arteriosclerosis of retina wenther can be used as early warning of coronary heart disease occurring in the future.
