西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第l页 摘要 二十世纪九十年代末期，我国钢铁产量大幅增长，为建筑用钢提供了充足 的原材料储备，一种新型的居住建筑体系—钢结构体系住宅开始在我国得到 越来越广泛的重视与开发研究。多高层钢结构住宅能够缓解当前城市建设用 地紧张与住宅建设占地之间的矛盾，而且由于自重小，地震防御能力强，也 是地震区理想的建筑结构体系，再加上材料构件生产的工厂化、现场整体装 配机械化、配套产品系列化，最终能够实现住宅的产业化。同时，我国政府 已经从限制用钢改变到积极推动和发展用钢，这也为钢结构住宅的发展提供 了物质和政策上的保证。 本文通过对钢结构住宅体系的系统研究，以实例研究方法为主对钢结构住 宅建筑有关技术和经济指标进行分析和对比，探讨钢结构住宅的应用前景。 其中特别就多层钢结构与钢筋混凝土结构进行经济分析比较，显示出钢结构 住宅在建筑物自重、受力性能以及施工周期等多项技术经济指标上所具有的 优势，是一种值得推广的环保型住宅结构形式。 本文的研究工作，有助于钢结构住宅的推广应用，实现真正意义上的钢 结构住宅体系，推动住宅产业化的发展进程。同时希望能对钢结构的设计及 应用提供一定的参考价值。 关键词：钢结构住宅 结构体系 技术性分析经济性分析 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1I页 Abstract In the end of 1990’S，with great increasing of steel and iron outPut，our country have provided the sufficient raw material reserve for the structural steel， one kind of new housing construction system-steel structure system housing starts in our country to obtain the more and more widespread value and the development research．Multi．storey and high．rise steel structure residence can alleviate the contradiction between current less urban land for constructing and the area for housing．Moreover,the ligllter own weight，which makes its anti·seismic capability stronger，is also ideal structural system；Along with the factorization of member，the mechanization of whole installat．ion in the spot，and the seriation of products matching with．AIlast industrialization of residential housing will be realized．Mainwhile our govenrmnet’S policy in changed from the restriction of the use of the steel to positive promotion and development，which guarantees the development of steel structure on material and policy． ’Tbis paper explores the application of steel structure and analyse and contrast the technical．economic indicator,through the systematical research 011 the steel—structured residential housing structure．This paper especially explores the steel multi．1ayer residential building in economic aspect，and shows the steel structure which has many advantages in technological economy indexes，such as ligh
