石家庄学院普通大学生课余体育活动现状调查研究 PAGE 2 l 毕业设计(论文) 题 目： 石家庄学院普通大学生课余体育活动现状调查分析 院 系： 石家庄学院体育系 专 业： 体育教育 班 级： 2009级6班 姓 名： 学 号： 20110904027 指导教师： 教师职称： 教授 2013 年 5 月 5 日 石家庄学院普通大学生课余体育活动现状调查研究 【摘要】 课余体育活动是学校体育的重要组成部分，对于培养学生良好的锻炼习惯，健康的生活方式以及树立体育终身化意识都有重要作用。 本文通过访谈法，问卷调查法，文献资料法，数理统计法等方法对石家庄学院普通大学生课余体育活动参与现状进行调查并作出分析： 制约大学生课余体育锻炼的因素:学校重视程度不高;器材设施有限;对课余体育活动认识不够;课余活动时间少等方面。 根据调查研究提出改进和发展石家庄学院大学生课余体育活动参与的建议和方法：学校加大体育设施等各方面的投资;普及课余体育活动的知识，提高学生的参与意识;学校支持并积极开展课余体育活动。 【关键词】课余体育，普通大学生，体育锻炼 Shijiazhuang University survey research participation extracurricular sports activities of College Students 【Abstract】 Extracurricular sports activities are important part of school physical education, to cultivate students good exercise habits, a healthy lifestyle and build up the consciousness of the lifelong sport have an important role. In this paper, through interviews, questionnaire survey method, literature method, mathematical statistics method to investigate the Shijiazhuang University college students participating in after-school sports activities situation and make analysis: Factors restricting students extracurricular physical exercise: School attention degree is not high; the site equipment Co.; the lack of awareness of extracurricular sports activities; extracurricular activities time etc..
