摘 摘 要 物流作为第三利润源泉已越来越受到企业的重视。钢铁企业现在面临极大 的压力和挑战，钢铁业必须采用先进的技术和设备设施建立现代物流体系，才 能适应我国钢铁物流业未来的发展。 由于仓储在物流中承担改变“物”的时间状态的重任，在物流系统中被视 为一大支柱，提高物流体系中的仓储绩效已成为建设现代化物流体系的主要方 向。由于市场的变化和用户的个性化需求越来越多，钢铁企业物流体系中的仓 储环节往往会出现库存大、周转慢和成本高等问题。 为有效解决仓储环节的这些问题，钢铁企业就必须建立一整套行之有效的 管理指标和管理措施来进行不断地优化仓储业绩。本文认为提高钢铁产品的仓 储绩效体系就可以从追求高服务水准和低成本绩效两大维度进行改善。服务水 准体现在对内的作业效率和对外的交货水准，成本主要体现在库存资金占用情 况和库存成本。服务水准与成本互为消长，以总成本最小、最优为追求的目标。 本文主要研究与钢铁业MTO生产模式相适应的仓储绩效优化技术，从仓储 的库存控制管理技术、仓储标准化作业技术、仓储信息管理技术三个方面提出 如何提高仓储绩效的一些方法，并以宝钢运输部成品库为例阐述其在仓储管理 模式和标准化作业管理、信息管理上的实际应用。 最后本文认为，钢铁业未来的仓储管理正向着智能化的方向发展。 关键词：钢铁物流仓储绩效宝钢运输部 中图分类号：F252 AbstractLogistics Abstract Logistics as the third source of the profit is becoming more and more important in the enterprise．Steel companies are now facing big pressures and challenges，they must use advanced technology and equipment and facilities to buiid a reasonable logistics system to fit the development of the future． Cause the management of storage changes the time’S state of the goods， it is one of the main pillars in the logistics system．So improving the performance of the management of storage is the main direction to build a modern logistics system．With the changes of the market and much more customer’S individual requests，the management of storage in steel companies can maybe emerge many problems such as high store and low turnover and h i gh cost． To solve these problems，steel companies must set up a series of reasonab l e management target s to judge the s i tuat i on and use management measures to improve the management of storage．This thesis explains that we can use two aspectswhigh service level and low cost，to measure the performance of the management of storage．Service level includes production efficiency and delivery level．Low cost mains the occupancy of storage capital and operation cost are low．As high service level and low COSt are growth and decline，we think that the total cost iS low iS the most important goal． This thesis researches the management methods or technologies wh
