项目建设的信息与沟通管理工作研究 ［夺商要］建设项口是一个多阶段、多参与者的系统，在工程的实体形成过程屮必须经历多组 织的相互作用，必然会发生信息与沟通。信息与沟通过程中由于信息与沟通不力，信息不畅, 会阻碍决策者获取最及时有效的信息，依据滞后的信息做出的决策必然是不符合项FI实际情 况的决策，将可能导致项目的失败。为了使项目管理者从战略意义上重视项H部的有效管理 信息与沟通，注重在项目部内构建宥效信息与沟通机制。本文对项R建设信息与沟通管理解 决方案展开研究。 ［关键字］信息与沟通管理特点方式解决方案 The project information and communication management research [Abstract]Construction project is a system with multiple stages, multiple participants in the process， must go through the interaction of multiple tissue formation in the project entity, will have the information and communication.
