However, each industry has its own characteristics and needs. How tocharacteristics of the project and project management business organically combine to improve the success rate of project management is an important issue facing enterprises. This paper focuses on the implementation of project management processes and theoretical approach as the basis, combined with enterprise project development characteristics, respectively, for the projects preliminary marketresearch, project planning and progress control process, project risk management, project management, and other aspects of the crisis were analysis and application.
