And it is a sign of the welding procedure qualification and capability of welding technology and welding quality control. In view of this, the selection of austenitic stainless steel material 0Cr18Ni9 in the performance of knowledge in a stainless steel, also in the welding theory basis, choose the SMAW as research methods, combined with the welding test examples, expounds on austenitic stainless steel by shielded metal arc welding process, how to make the right choice of welding material and welding process, and the through the test of mechanical properties, the tensile, bending, impact test method to ensure that can get the welded joint has good properties for use, so as to achieve the welding of austenitic stainless steel welding.
