比较地特胰岛素和甘精胰岛素分别联合门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效 【 】目的对比地特胰岛素和甘精胰岛素分别 联合门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法68例2型糖 尿病患者随机分为两组，每组34例。对照组采用甘精胰岛 素与门冬胰岛素联合治疗方案，观察组采用地特胰岛素与 门冬胰岛素联合治疗方案，观察两组治疗效果。结果观察 组空腹血糖指数、餐后2 h血糖指数及糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc） 水平均明显低于对照组（P0.05）。结论在2型糖尿病临床 治疗方案中，地特胰岛素与门冬胰岛素联合用药方案效果 确切，可有效控制血糖波动，减少低血糖事件的发生，值 得推广应用。 【关键词】2型糖尿病；门冬胰岛素；甘精胰岛素；地 特胰岛素 DOI： 10. 14163/j. cnki. 11-5547/r. 2015. 17. 009 Comparisons of curative effects between insulin detemir and insulin glargine in combination with insulin aspart in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus DU Ling-chao. Methods A total of 68 of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in each group. Control group received combined treatment by insulin glargine and insulin aspart, and observation group received combined treatment by insulin detemir and insulin aspart. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group had obviously lower levels of fasting blood glucose , 2 hour postprandial blood glucose ， and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) than the control group (PO. 05). Conclusion Combination of insulin detemir and insulin aspart in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can provide precise effect.
