Abstract There are a lot of advantages about the dynamic radiation scanning thermometer. It has a fast response speed, accurate and convenient advantages making it has a long service life. Moreover it has been widely used in electronics, steel making industry and other areas. this product has been an important thing in the area of fault detection, product quality controlling and improving economic returns. This method is based on the Planck’s law. This method overcomes the shortcomings of the previous thermometer. Futhermore achieve the result of an accurate non-contact measurement. Dynamic radiation scanning thermometer is developed in the low temperature band. Because of the low temperature, so the effective signal is very little, it is susceptible to be interference strongly when the zero voltage is the same with the output voltage. Thereby the zero voltage is a very important reason to interference the result. To solve this problem, we design several methods that the terminal object is to improve the initial stage signal to reduce interference of zero voltage, there are two ways to make the result accurate, one is voltage calibration, and the other one is data fitting. There are two parts in the dynamic radiation scanning thermometer, one part is optical part, and the other part is circuit block, there are optical scanning mirror, prism, laser, and aperture stop, there are two parts in the circuit, one part is pre- amplifier circuit, and the other part is data processing circuit, there are pre- amplifier AD820,inverting amplifier OP07 and relay components, there are StC12C5A16S2 microcontroller, max232, 12864k12 LCD display and matrix keyboard in the data processing circuit, AC/DC module is used as the power module.
