Since 2004, China suffered from abroad The Double Anti Investigation survey frequently， most industries and enterprises suffer punitive tax rates，the survey make a negative impact on Chinas rapid export growth. At present，there are abundant research of The Double Anti Investigation in national and foreign research field. But the problem is a lack of early warning mechanism. This paper mainly expounds the related concept of The Double Anti Investigation analysis of the reason of China enterprises encounter Double Anti frequently. According to these cases，dissertation forecast Double Anti will become a new trade relief method, China should be well-placed to handle the fallout..
