With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy,the rapid development of the information industry,the competition between enterprises gradually to knowledge and the ability to compete.Traditional material resources and financial resources to enterprises is no longer a source of competitive advantage,corporate intellectual capital is becoming the only source of competitive advantage.Knowledge workers is the main carrier of intellectual capital,knowledge workers themselves to determine their attitude towards the work of the level of productivity, which directly determine the potential of an enterprises competitive edge is transformed into real competitive advantage.
Global economic integration in the context of a knowledge—based economy,competition among enterprises is real competition between high—quality personnel,a high level of human resource management is to
keep the key core competitive advantage.Knowledge workers incentive
mechanism design is rich in the important task of existing incentives to achieve the diversified development of incentive system to inspire knowledge workers passion for work and creativity,and better serve
enterprises.
