公铁两用斜拉桥塔梁结合处焊接细节热点应力分析

摘 要:为了确立热点应力的有效计算方法、获得节点焊缝周围的应力分布规律,以郑州黄河
公铁两用钢桁主梁斜拉桥为研究背景,在全桥整体及桥塔与主桁局部结合部位有限元应力分析的
基础上,把桥塔焊趾处局部有限元模型作为粗糙模型(原始模型),将中桁上弦顶板与桥塔结合处的
焊趾模型从粗糙模型中“萃取”出来,采用外推法计算热点应力集中系数;分析边界条件、网格划分
对热点应力集中系数的影响。分析结果表明,边界条件对计算结果影响不明显;网格划分对计算结
果影响较大,但网格细化到一定程度以后,由单元划分密度引起的计算结果差异不到0.5 。

of Pylon and Girder of Rail--chin--Road Cable-Stayed Bridge

Abstract:To establish an effective calculation method for the hot spot stress and to acquire
the law of stress distribution around the welding seams of joints,the steel truss main girder ca—
ble——stayed bridge of Zhengzhou Huanghe River Rail--cum-Road Bridge was taken as the research
background.On the basis of finite element stress analysis of the integrity of whole bridge and the
locality of the j ointed part of the pylon and truss girder,the finite element model for the locality
of the welding toes of the pylon was treated as the rough model(primitive mode1),the welding
toe model of the jointed part of the upper chord top plate of the middle truss and pylon was“ex—
tracted”from the rough mode1。the hot spot stress concentration factors were calculated by the
extrapolation method and the influences of boundary conditions and mesh dividing of elements
