浅谈中国金融期货的发展 摘要 本文在研究金融期货理论知识的基础上，结合中国经济发展及金融体制改革的实践，具体分析了中国建立与发展金融期货市场的必要性和可行性，针对发展金融期货中存在的障碍因素，提出了建立与发展中国金融期货市场的建议。 全文共分为六个部分：第一部分为金融期货概述。主要介绍了金融期货的概念、种类、特点、功能及作用。第二部分为金融期货发展历史概况。分别从外汇期货、国债期货及股指期货三个方面阐述金融期货的历史发展过程。第三部分是中国金融期货市场的发展现状。首先分析金融期货交易所的发展现状，进而分析金融期货产品的发展现状。第四部分为金融期货发展中存在的问题。当前我国金融期货在发展中还存在许多问题，如市场机制不够健全、缺乏现货市场的支持、金融期货经济公司的管理与风险存在漏洞以及投资者自身存在的问题。第五部分针对前文提出的问题，提出了发展金融期货的对策建议。在大力借鉴国外发展金融期货经验的基础上，把风险控制放在发展我国金融期货的首位，大力培养机构投资者、完善现货市场体系、加强投资者的教育，同时培养专业化的金融期货人才。 关键词 金融期货 金融期货市场 存在问题 发展策略 展望 Abstract Based on the study of theoretical knowledge of the financial system of practice,this paper analysis the necessity and feasibility of the establishment and development of China’s financial futures market specifically,and put forward the suggestion of the establishment and development of China’s financial futures market. The paper is divided into five parts:the first is part is the summary of financial futures.?Mainly introduces the concept, types, characteristics, function and role of financial futures.?The second part is the development history of financial futures.?Elaborate the historical development of financial futures from three aspects of foreign currency futures, bond futures and stock index futures in this part.?The third part is the present situation of the development of the Chinas financial futures market.Analyze the present situation of the development of financial futures exchange and then analyzing the development of the financial futures products.?The fourth part is the problems existing in the development of financial futures. Current our country in developing financial futures still exist many problems, such as the market mechanism is not sound, lack of the support of the spot market, the economic financial futures companies risk and management exist loophole, and investors own existence question.?The fifth part is in view of the above questions, and puts forward the development countermeasures and suggestions of financial futures.?From the fore
