骨水泥灌注在脊柱外科的临床应用 　　骨水泥灌注在脊柱外科的临床应用 　　杨智贤，彭小忠，柳州市工人医院脊柱外科， 　　广西壮族自治区柳州市 545000 　　第一作者简介：杨智贤，男，1965，陕西省西安市户县，汉族，本科，1989年毕业于苏州医学院（现更名：苏州大学），学士学位，副主任医师，主要从事脊柱创伤和脊柱骨病。Email ：yangzhixiann@163.com 　　通讯作者简介:彭小忠，学士学位，副主任医师，柳州市工人医院 　　摘要： 　　背景：近年来，微创外科发展迅猛，新技术、新方法、新设备、新观念不断涌现。作为微创脊柱外科领域的新技术，经皮椎体穿刺技术受到了人们的广泛关注，应用骨水泥灌注临床治疗老年性骨质疏松性压缩骨折、稳定性脊柱骨折、脊柱肿瘤及类肿瘤有了很大的发展。 　　目的：对国内外应用骨水泥灌注在脊柱外科的临床应用现状及新进展作一综述。 　　方法：应用计算机检索CNKI 数据库中2005-01/2009-12关于椎体成形方面的文章，在标题中检索“经皮椎体成形”初检得到748篇文献，以关键词“PVP ，PKP ，SKY ，压缩性骨折，脊柱肿瘤”为检索词再次在以上数据中进行检索。选择文章内容与脊柱骨水泥灌注有关者，同一领域文献则选择近期发表或发表在权威杂志文章59篇，全文浏览，根据纳入标准选择关于骨水泥灌注方面代表性文献26篇进行综述。另外2篇来自OVID 骨科在线英国脊柱。 　　结果与结论： 经皮穿刺骨水泥灌注对老年骨质疏松性脊柱压缩骨折、中青年稳定性脊柱骨折、脊柱转移肿瘤或脊柱类肿瘤引起疼痛，疗效卓越，以其操作简单、手术时间短、医疗费用低、严重不良并发症发生率低等特点被广大患者和专科医务人员接受，随着新型骨水泥的研发，骨水泥灌注在脊柱外科的临床应用必将更加广泛。 　　关键词： 骨水泥；椎体成形；经皮穿刺技术； 　　　　Bone cement injection clinical application in spinal surgery 　　Abstract ： 　　Background : In recent years, rapid development of minimally invasive surgery, new technologies, new methods, new equipment, new concepts are appeaing .
