観 2018-03-29 10:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期 吴轶柯淑兰项伟忠潘铨陈礼平 ［摘耍］鬥的探讨不同靶器官损害高血压患者及健康体检者之间红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width, RDW)是否存在差异。方法选择2015年1月?2016年12月于丽水市巾医院 治疗的髙血压患者200例，以及同期年龄匹配的健康体检者50例作为健康对照组。根据合并靶器宵 损杏的怙况，将商血压患者分为商血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis, AS)组、高血压合并 早期肾损害组、卨血压合并左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy, LAH)组、高血ffi合并2种祀 器官组、高血压合并3种靶器官损害组、单纯高血压组共6个亚组。检测并记录各组RDW值，比较 各组间RDW差异，分析RDW与商血压靶器官损害的关系。结果萵血压各亚组及健康对照组间 RDW水T?差异显著(P0.05) o髙血压合并靶器官损害组RDW值均髙于单纯髙血压组(P0.05)， 单纯商血压组RDW值商于健康对照组(P0.05)，其余各组间RDW值两两比较，差异无统计学意 义(P0.05 )。结论RDW与高血压以及高血压靶器官损害之间存在一定关系，RDW wJ作为高血 压疾病进展和严重程度的一项评价指标。 ［关键词］高血压；红细胞分布宽度：颈动脉粥样硬化；早期肾损害：左心室肥厚 ［ ］R544.1 ［ ］A ［ 1673-9701 (2018) 06-0004-05 ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate whether there is a difference in red blood cell distribution width (RDW) between hypertensive patients with different target organ damage and healthy subjects. Methods 200 hypertensive patients in Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and 50 healthy subjects of the same age in the same period were chosen as healthy control group. The hypertensive patients were divided into hypertension combined with atherosclerosis (AS) group, hypertension combined with early renal impairment group, hypertension combined with left ventricular hypertrophy (LAH) group, hypertension combined with two kinds of target organs group， hypertension combined with three types of target organ damage group and hypertension group. The RDW value of each group was detected and recorded. The differences of RDW among the groups were compared. The relationship between RDW and target organ damage of hypertension was analyzed.
