丁螺环酮联合利培酮与劳拉西泮联合利 培酮治疗精神分裂症伴有焦虑症状的临 床对照研宄 王程林红黄杨梅 湖北省宜昌市优抚医院 目的对比分析丁螺环酮联合利培酮、劳拉西泮联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症伴有 焦虑症状的临床效果。方法2016年5月至2017年11月，于我院收治的精神分 裂症伴焦虑症状患者中选取100例，随机分为两组，丁螺环酮联合利培酮为观 察组治疗方式，劳拉西泮联合利培酮为对照组治疗方式，对比两组临床疗效。结 果观察组治疗无效率为6%，总有效率为94%，对照组治疗无效率为8%，总有效 率为92%，两组对比，P0. 05;相对于治疗前，两组患者治疗后1周末、2周末、 4周末与8周末的HAMA、PANSS评分均在不同程度上降低，且两组对比，P0. 05; 两组患者治疗后1周末、2周末、4周末与8周末的TESS评分均表现出逐渐提高 的现象，丑两组对比，P〉0.05。结论丁螺环酮联合利培酮、劳拉西泮联合利培 酮治疗精神分裂症伴有焦虑症状的效果相当，安全性高，值得广泛推广。 关键词： 丁螺环酮;利培酮;劳拉西泮;精神分裂症;焦虑症状; The Clinical Control Study on the Treatment of Schizophrenia Accompanied by Risperidone with Lorazepam Combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia WANG Cheng LIN Hong HUANG Yang-mei Hubei city ofYichang Pr ovincesp ecialcare hospital; Abstract： Objective To compare the clinical effects of the combined risperidone and lorazepam combined with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia with anxiety symptoms.
