实用标准文案 PAGE 精彩文档 刀具刃磨X轴进给系统设计与建模 作者：ee 所在单位：（ee） 指导老师：ee 【摘要】切削刀具是切削加工必不可少的重要工具之一，在机械制造、汽车、模具、医疗器械、国防工业和航空航天等行业中占有十分重要的地位。刀其质量好坏直接影响到加工对象的表面质量、精度及加工效率。采用先进的刀具刃磨机床和有效经济的工艺方法，刃磨出高效率、高精度、高可靠性的刀具，是切削加工技术水平提高的一个重要保证。 刀具成本在综合加工成本中占有重要的位置，如何利用刀具刃磨机床修磨好磨损到用钝标准的刀具，延长刀具的寿命，提高刀具的利用率，降低刀具成本，是企业降低生产成本的有效途径之一。 在现阶段，我国制造业的发展状况：一方面零件精度、复杂度越来越高；另一方面我国的制造业中普遍存在社别老化的问题。虽然设备老化在现代工业中是不可避免的事情——现在设备的设计更新实在太快了。而且，随着机械制造业的飞速发展，产品的更新换代越来越快，传统的生产模式已不能适应现代社会的发展需求,现代产品的小批量生产趋势，为了加工某个零件去购置一台新机床是不合适的。怎样利用现有设备高效快速地加工出新零件是一件很有实际应用价值的课题。 【关键词】切削刀具、表面质量、车刀刃磨 Tool sharpening X axis feed system design and modeling ee （ee） tutor: ee Abstract:The cutting tool is one of the essential and vital tool of the machining, machinery manufacturing, automotive, mold, medical equipment, defense industry and aerospace industry plays a very important position.
