The model is based on the theory of bifurcation of dynamical systems. The existence and stability of equilibrium points of this model are also discussed. The complex dynamics of this model in differ- ent market parameters are examined by numerical simulation. The results show that the speed of price adjust- ment has an obvious impact on the stability of model.
