In order to get the data of water lever of CMC low-lying point accurately and timely from how long time equipment power can supply，how to prevent the nature disaster and how to improve the reliability of data，that we can check for water lever a real-time monitoring when it’s abnormal and in the shortest time through the scheduling ways to make relevant processing . Through the installation at low water levels monitoring system, water level can be monitored, control center according to data of the overall operation, ensure the safety of the drainage system, and to reduce the rain infiltration rate, for manufacturers of illegal emissions to provide the basis. Key word：low-lying point；overflow；Real Time Transmission 1、项目背景 城市排水是政府服务的一个职能分支，结合了城市建设、城市环保、工业及生活排污等职能服务，是围绕“安全运行、服务社会”为中心的公共行业。随着经济、社会的快速发展，公司管线分布于城市道路上的排水检查井越来越多。由于地势高低起伏，部分排水检查井处于地势较低处，我们称之为低洼点检查井。当雷暴季节或厂家排量突变的情况下，常常造成局部检查井水位短时间内升高，而在低洼点检查井中的表现，往往就造成污水满溢到路面，对居民的生活和城市的环境带来了损害。虽然公司在泵站进水端已经安装水位监控设备，但是对于远端低洼点窨井的水位，却无法在第一时间反映出来。 所以，如何能利用当前先进的自动化监控设备和无线技术，研制出一套可以实时监管城市排水管网低洼点窨井水位信息的系统，是进一步提升排
