论 著 Research Paper 跌倒危险因子评分表的汉化及信度、 效度评价 丁辉蓉 王红萍 [ 摘 要] 目的：汉化日文版跌倒危险因子评分表，并对其信度、效度进行评价。方法：对日文版跌倒危险因子评分表进行 翻译、回译及文化调试，并用中文版跌倒危险因子评分表对 238例住院老年患者进行跌倒风险评估，对测试结果进行信度和效 度分析。结果：中文版跌倒危险因子评分表由11个维度 27 项条目组成，内部一致性Cronbach’s α系数为 0.865，重测信度 为 0.985，评定者间信度为 0.988。各条目的内容效度指数（CVI) 为 0.9～1.0，全部条目的平均CVI为 0.95。采用主成分分折 法提取了11个公因子，对总方差的累计贡献率为 62.868%。区分效度的总得分差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论：中文版跌 倒危险因子评分表具有良好的信度和效度，可作为临床上护士评估住院老年患者是否有跌倒风险的初步筛查工具。 [ 关键词 ] 跌倒危险；老年人；信度；效度 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.12.009 Translation of fall risk factor score table into Chinese and examination of the reliability and validity / DING Huirong, WANG Hongping // Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, 200092 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(12): 1442-1445 [Abstract] Objective: To translate and develop the Chinese version of Fall Risk Factor Score Table (C-FRFST) and to evaluate reliability, validity of the C-FRFST. Methods: The C-FRFST was adapted following the standard process of Translation-Back translation-Cultural Adjustment-Preliminary Test-Field Test. Using C-FRFST to assess fall risk in 238 cases of cardiovascular department and analyze the reliability and validity of the test results. Results: The C-FRFST had 11 dimensions and 27 items. The Cronbachs α was 0.865, and the repeatability was 0.985. The inter-rater reliability was 0.988. The content validity index (CVI) for each item was ranged from 0.9 to 1.0 and the CVI for overall table was 0.95. Exploratory factor analysis yielded with an eleven-factor solution, explaining 62.868% of the total variance. There were significant differences in total score of discriminate validity. Conclusion: The C-FRFST shows good reliability and validity can be used by clinical nurses to assess fall risk for hospitalized elder
