经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 宾馆客户管理信息系统设计与实现 摘 要 随着社会的发展，科技的进步，宾馆对于人们提供的便捷也是不容质疑，而传统的宾馆客户管理已适应不了社会的需求，取而代之的则是计算机系统的管理。在正常的运营中需要对客房资源、客户信息、结算信息进行管理，利用宾馆管理信息系统及时了解各个环节中信息的变更，有利于提高管理效率。 宾馆客户管理信息系统主要包括客房信息管理，订房信息管理，结算信息管理，金额统计等几个部分。整个系统有数据库文件和数据库管理系统两大部他构成，系统根据Visual Bassic 6.0的相关内容对系统中所含有的界面、控件、文本框等的属性进行操作和编程设计，使系统运行更加连贯，在此基础上，进一步完善系统的功能，以简明的方式表明系统本身的条理性，明确其使用范围；后台的Access 2000数据库文件是集中存储并管理分类宾馆信息的大本营，而前台的数据库管理系统是用来为数据库中的各种资料进行各种基本操作和管理。 【关键字】宾馆客户管理系统 ；VB6.0 ；Access； Ⅰ Abstract With the social development, technological advances, the hotel is also convenient for people with unquestioned, but the traditional hotel customer management can no longer meet the needs of society, instead it is the management of computer systems.
