维蒙特工业（广东）有限公司（甲方）聘用乙方为甲方劳动合同制员工。根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《广东省劳动合同条例》、《维蒙特工业（广东）有限公司章程》以及中国和广东省已颁布并可公开得到的有关法律法规，甲乙双方本着自愿平等、协商一致的原则，签订本合同。
