粉体物料堆积密度和干法造粒成型关系研究 摘要 粉体的基本物性包括很多方面,例如粒径、粒度分布、颗粒形状、堆积密度和流动性等。此次论文主要是着重于物料的堆积密度,以及在物料的性能中影响堆积密度的因素。堆积密度是粉末的粒度及其组成、颗粒形状和表面状态等性质在宏观上的综合表征。颗粒的形状不规则,表面粗糙,平均粒度小,则堆积密度低。造粒成型的方法有很多,分为湿法造粒、干法造粒和熔融造粒。物料在干法造粒成型中,堆积密度会对成型过程和造粒物的颗粒强度产生影响。堆积密度过低,不容易成型。采用堆积密度大的粉末,可获得一定密度和强度的造粒物。 关键词:粉体物性 堆积密度 干法造粒 成型 The research of the relations between the bulk density of powder material and the granulation of the dry process ABSTRACT Powder materiel include many of the basic objects,such as particle size,size distribution,particle shape,bulk density and fluidity .This article mainly focuses on the bulk density ofmaterial,and the factors which performance affect on the bulk density.Bulk density is the integrated presentation at the macro nature of particle size,size distribution,particle shape and surface condition.If the particle shape is irregular,the surface is crude,the average size of particle is small,the bulk density is low.Granulation can be shaped in many ways,including the way of wet,dry and meltdown.Materials shaped into aggregation in the dry way, the bulk density will affect the process and also affect the intensity of the aggregation .When the bulk density is too low,the powder are not easy to molding.Using powder which the bulk density is high, it will be getted aggregation with good density and intensity.
