摘要 PAGE IV 精品 PP改性材料在汽车保险杠中研究与应用 摘 要 20世纪90年代以来．世界汽车工业，特别是中国汽车工业不断发展，汽车产量持续增长。随着汽车普及率迅速提高，减轻车身质量、节能降耗及降低成本已成为汽车工业发展的主要目标之一。塑料因具有质轻、耐腐蚀、设计自由度大等特点在汽车上得到了广泛应用。 聚丙烯(PP)是一种综合性能优良、使用广泛的通用塑料，近几年在汽车上的应用剧增。制造汽车保险杠，主要应用PP改性材料，其改性方式和成品因设计需求可以有很多种，汽车保险杠是一种表面积较大，形状复杂的薄壁大型结构部件，各国对汽车塑料保险杠均制定了有关安全技术标准。因此对保险扛材料要求较高．不仅要求具有优异的高低温冲击韧性、附性、耐老化性、耐热性、耐寒性．还要具有耐汽油、润滑油、油漆等性能。因此．国外研制开发出多种汽车保险杠专用料。我国对改性PP汽车保全杠专用料进行了大量的研究开发工作．并取得了一定的成效。 本文将介绍PP改性材料在国内外汽车保险杠制作方面的应用，现阶段汽车保险杠生产中所使用的PP改性材料所涉及的工艺，以及PP改性材料在其他日常生活中的一些应用 关键词：PP，改汽，汽车保险杠，应用 Modification of PP material in research and applications in automotive bumpers Since the 1990s, the worlds automotive industry wrere ever-accelerated , esp.in China, the auto output had a sustained growth of late years. With the great rapid popularity of the automobiles , vehicle weight reducing , consumption reducing , energy saving and costs cutting has become one of the most important objectives . Plastic which has better characteristics in light, corrosion, free desining has been widely applied in automobiles. Polypropylene (PP), a kind of high-quality combination property and all-purpose plastitc, which is widely used in the automotive applications in recent years. Car bumper is a thin-walled and large structural component which has a larger surface area, varied and intricate shapes and mainly manufactured by PP modified materials.There will be a good few car bumper models according to various modification and design requirement. Each country had worked out a safey techinal standards about plastic car bumpers, therefore, car bumpers not only with high and low temprature impact toughness, adhesivity , aging resistance , heat resistance , and cold resistance, but with oil resistance such as petrol, lubricant and paint, ect. Accordingly, the foreigners has developed various of car bumper special-purpose material, at the same time, we Chinese also did a intensive research in this special materail and won inatial success.
