精品文档 可编辑 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：运城市际华3534制衣有限公司 普工劳动权益保护问题分析 摘 要 国企改革是我国经济体制改革的攻坚战，是按照建立社会主义市场经济体制的要求，从以往的放权让利、政策调整进入到转换机制、制度创新的新阶段。社会主义市场经济是一个全新的经济模式，经过几十年的实践和国有企业的改革，逐步摸索出不少成功的经验，也暴露出不少问题。由于计划经济带来的负面效应国有企业人员过多，企业负担过重，在市场竞争中处于不利的地位。为适应市场经济的需要，企业下岗分流、减人增效势在必行。当前全国各地进行的国有企业兼并、联合、转让、股份合作、破产、下岗分流、减员增效等一系列改革中，职工的劳动权益及生活在一定程度上受到冲击，如何保障国有企业员工劳动权益免受损害已成为国有经济发展中的关键问题。 本文梳理了国内外劳动权益保护理论，并以理论为指导，以际华制衣厂为研究对象，细致阐述了际华制衣厂劳动权益保护现状。最后，通过问卷调查、层次分析法收集分析相关数据和资料的基础上，针对际华制衣厂劳动权益保护存在的问题提出改善建议。 关键词：劳动权益；国有企业；层次分析法 The analysis of JIHUA company basic unit staff Labor rights protection problem ABSTRACT The reform of state-owned enterprises is the battle of assault fortified positions in China’s economic system reform. It is in accordance with the requirements of establishment of the socialist market economic system. And it is a new state of changing mechanism and system innovating instead of sharing authority and benefit, and adjusting policy in the past. Socialist market economy is a totally new economic pattern. After several decades of practice and the reform of state-owned enterprises, it gradually finds out many successful experiences, and also reveals many problems. The state-owned enterprises are at a disadvantage in the market competition attributed to the negative effect brought by the planned economy. The state-owned enterprises have too many employees, and the burden on enterprises is overweight. In order to meet the needs of the market economy, laying-off employees and improving the efficiency in state-owned enterprises is imperative. In a series of reform in current state-owned enterprises including mergers, jointing, transferring, sharing collaboration, bankruptcy, laying-off employees and improving efficiency, the workers’ rights, interests and livelihood are rushed to a certain extent. It is the key point that how to safeguard the labor rights and interests of employees in state-owned enterprises in the development of state-owned economy. The thesis summarizes the dome
