经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 PAGE 经典文档 下载后可编辑复制 教育硕士专业学位论文 题 目:一位中学校长成长历程的现象学解读 学 科 专 业: 教 育 管 理 年 级: 2 学 号: 研 究 生: 指导教师: 中图分类号: 答辩时间: 摘　　　要 现象学“回到实事本身”的研究态度以及对现象学方法的共同理解对教育管理学产生了广泛影响。 本研究分析了现象学引入教育管理领域的历史背景；对现象学方法在教育管理领域具体应用的进行了思考；探讨了现象学方法对教育管理的意义；指出了现象学教育管理学的不足之处。 最后，本研究用现象学的方法勾勒一位中学校长的成长历程，呈现被研究者在他长期的教育教学实践中，形成的富有鲜明个性而见解独到的感悟。 关键词：现象学；教育管理学；校长成长；解读 Abstract The research attitude of go back to things themselves and the common understanding of phenomenological methodology have a great effect on education management . The paper analyzes the historical background of phenomenology based on the development and meaning of education and phenomenology. Besides, it introduces four aspects in application and discusses the significance of phenomenological methodology .In addition, the paper also points out the limitations o f the thesis. In this study, the researcher gains the data mainly by interviewing a headmaster, his colleagues and students .In this way the article presents how the headmaster grow up from an ordinary teacher. Then the headmaster’s education understanding is generalized and summarized, which shows his unique insights about education. Finally, the personality of the headmaster is analyzed from the point of the traditional culture and modern awareness.
