精品文档 可编辑 毕业设计(论文) 高层建筑工程的消防安全管理研究 学习中心名称 北航校本部 专业名称 土木工程 学生姓名 指导教师 高层建筑工程的消防安全管理研究 摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，各个大中小型城市的高层建筑不断增多，而且也越来越高。虽然近年来，消防设备和技术也有很大的进步和提高，但是在高层建筑的消防安全形式还是很严峻，需要更多更新的技术和设备、材料，来减小高层建筑火灾发生率和降低高层建筑消防的难度。 高层建筑的发展引发了许多不容置疑的新问题，如造价提高，管理费用增加，设备要求复杂，施工困难，建设周期长，工作条件受限制，防火、防爆、防盗、防震的安全问题难以解决，而其中的防火问题尤为重要和不可忽视。 本文分析了目前高层建筑消防安全现状和消防安全的管理以及存在的问题，从近年来发生的许多建筑火灾实例来看，高层建筑一旦发生火灾，将会造成相当严重的人员伤亡和经济损失，并带来一定的社会负效应。因此，必须充分重视高层建筑的消防问题。 关键词：高层建筑，消防安全，火灾，安全管理 Research on fire safety management of high-rise building project Abstract With the rapid development of economy, the high-rise buildings in every big and small cities are increasing and higher and higher. Although in recent years, fire fighting equipment and technology have made great progress and improve, but in the form of high-rise building fire safety is still very serious, need more updated technology and equipment and materials to reduce the high-rise building fire accident rate and reduce the difficulty of high-rise building fire. The development of high-rise buildings caused many new problems such as cost increase, allow all doubt, increased management costs, equipment requirements are complex, difficult construction, long construction period, working conditions are restricted, fire, explosion, anti-theft, shockproof and fire safety problems to solve, the problem is very important and can not be ignored.
