中国科技论文在线 工业企业能耗监测系统的研究与设计 曾亮，胡燕祝** （北京邮电大学电子工程学院） 摘要：能源问题是当今世界各国普遍重视的问题，也是我国面临的重要问题之一。“十二五”期间，我国目标实现节约能源 6.7 亿吨标准煤，工业节能是重中之重，《“十二五”工业规划》中提出：“2015 年万元工业增加值能耗比 2010 年下降 21%,达到 1.5 吨标准煤。”现阶 段，工业企业在节能降耗工作管理过程中缺乏有效的综合监管手段，成为制约工业节能的 重要因素。本文详细介绍了工业企业能耗监测系统的研究与设计，包括总体设计、硬件设计、软件设计，以及基于企业能耗监测的数据分析，尤其采用了目前数据挖掘中先进的异常点检测技术和趋势预测技术，为能耗监测提供了有效手段。 关键词：系统工程；工业；能耗；监测中图分类号：TP277 15 Research and Design of Industrial Enterprise Energy Consumption Monitoring System ZENG liang, HU yanzhu (School of Electronic Engineering,Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications) Abstract: The problem of Energy Consumption is one of the most important issues around the world, as well as China. The twelfth “Five-Year Plan proposes the goal to achieve saving 670 million tons of standard coal. Improving the industrial energy efficiency is priority than others. The twelfth “Five-Year Industrial Plan put forward that in 2015, industrial added value of energy consumption compared to 2010 dropped 21 percent to 1.5 tons of standard coal. But now, the lack of effective Industrial Enterprise Energy Consumption Monitoring System restricted the energy saving management work.in this paper, the design of system is introduced specific including overall design, hardware design, software design, as well as monitor-based energy consumption data analysis. It will promote enterprise energy saving effectively. Key words: Systems Engineering;Industry;Energy consumption;Monitor 30 引言 能源问题是当今世界各国普遍重视的问题，被公认人类面临四大生存问题之一[1]。世界各国都采取了相应的对策和措施，力求缓解能源问题。我国能源利用率低于世界全球水平， 2011 年，国务院办公厅出台的《“十二五”节能减排综合性工作方案》（国发〔2011〕26 号文件）中，明确指出：“2015 年，全国万元国内生产总值能耗下降到 0.869 吨标准煤（按 2005 年价格计算），比 2010 年的 1.034 吨标准煤下降 16%；‘十二五’期间，实现节约能 6.7 亿吨标准煤。”[2][3] 我国是能源消费大国，工业企业能耗占了我国能源消费总量的近 70％，工业企业节能在实现我国节能总目标中具有突出作用。[4]《“十二五”工业规划》中提出：“2015 年万元工业增加值能耗比 2010 年下降 21%,达到 1.5 吨标准煤。” 工业节能要靠结构调整、技术进步和加强管理三种途径来实现，基础是有效的管理。就现阶段而言，工业企业在节能降耗工作管理过程中缺乏有效的综合监管手段，各大型工业企业都亟需一套完整的、适合工业企业的能耗监测系统。 本文从根据工业企提业出的了实一际种情工况业，企业能耗监测系统的设计，设计包括 作者简介：曾亮，北京邮电大学，主要研究方向包括工业企业监控、数据挖掘通信
